Defective Product Cases in Arizona

The Uniform Product Liability Act was passed to provide states with uniform standards for product liability laws. Arizona’s product liability cases under Article 9 Chapter 6 of Title 12 of Arizona’s Revise Statutes can be based on negligence or strict liability on the part of product manufacture in selling defective products to the public.
