About
Richard R. Reed, Jr. is a litigation attorney for Rack Law Group. Richard’s focus is litigation of matters involving motor vehicle injury claims, wrongful death, catastrophic injury, general liability, premises liability, insurance coverage, and insurance bad faith.
In 2006, Richard received his undergraduate degree in Political Science and History from Abilene Christian University. As a Phoenix native, following undergraduate school he returned to the Valley that same year to attend law school at Arizona State University, Sandra Day O’Connor College of Law, where he finished early, graduating in January of 2009. Following law school, Richard was a judicial law clerk to the Presiding Judge of Pinal County Superior Court.
Richard has extensive litigation and trial experience, having spent the majority of his career in the courtroom. Prior to joining Rack Law Group, Richard’s roles included being a named partner in a litigation firm and the General Counsel of a regional auto-finance lender. Richard spent much of his career representing insurance companies and their insureds in a broad range of case types, including coverage and bad faith litigation. Given his passion for injured clients and personal convictions, Richard made the decision to change his career to instead help those who were injured at no fault of their own to obtain justice. Richard is a fierce advocate and practices results oriented litigation. Richard has delivered millions of dollars to clients through awards, settlements, and verdicts.
When away from the office, Richard is a member of the Wishmakers Council for Make-A-Wish of Arizona which is dedicated to granting wishes for children with life-threatening conditions.
